Identify and finalize house plans This stage will also involve locating a piece of property. |
Estimate
Develop detailed budget estimate, including adequate allowances for home selections - interior & exterior. |
Contract
Produce Construction Specification Institute (CSI) 16 Division Contract outlining all facets of construction with a timeline. |
Closing
Close on construction permanent loan and/or land loan with chosen lender. |
Selections
Meet 1:1 with IKE's Interior Designer to refine home selections from flooring and fixtures to colors. |
