Chism Ceiling & Sheetrock - Ronnie Chism of Chism Ceiling & Sheetrock has been named our February 2007 Trade Partner of the Month. Ronnie and his team have worked with IKE Construction for more than four years. Ronnie personally manages his company's warranty and customer service program and never hesitates to ensure that an IKE homeowner is 100% satisfied with their drywall after closing. In fact, Ronnie has been known to return to a home years after the sale to repair damaged drywall, nail pops and more. He embodies all the finest qualities in an IKE Trade Partner: quality, dependability, service and loyalty.

At IKE Construction, we place great value on working with the very best companies, vendors/suppliers and contractors in the Upstate on the construction of our homes.

In fact, we are making it a corporate mandate that we now refer to our sub-contractors as "Trade Partners" as we believe our relationship is just that: a partnership built on reputation, qualifications and service.

In that regard, we are proud to announce a new awards program geared to recognize and reward our trade partners for their outstanding commitment to service. Specifically, we have based our program on the following criteria:

Field Performance: offers consistent quality installation, maintains project schedules and offers strong field communications
Customer Service: manages after-the-sale warranty and customer service work in a timely and positive manner
Technology/Management: works well with IKE office systems and processes
Accounting: provides invoices in an accurate and timely manner
Estimating: provides project estimates in an accurate and timely manner
