IKE Construction, Inc. was founded on the principles of building quality homes and offering outstanding customer service, all within an efficient timeframe. Since our founding in August 2000, we have developed a brand that we are proud of and one that has built positive equity in the community. In fact, we find that both homeowners and area REALTORS promote the IKE brand in their own marketing and sales efforts. That alone is one of our finest accomplishments.

We are also proud to say that in our tenure as a local builder, we now have two homeowners who have chosen to build with us twice. Different than many local custom builders who only build, we have the in-house resources to develop and/or modify designs and plans. We employ a design/build approach to our custom building process. It is structured to provide a single point of responsibility for design and construction. It promotes teamwork, open communication, informed decision making, mutual trust and predictable results. Simply stated, our Design/Build approach ensures that your design and construction experience is pleasant, enjoyable and exciting.

Our high level of customer service works hand in hand with our company's keen eye on the consumer marketplace. Our homes continue to showcase the most up-to-date design trends as well as the latest building products, in such important areas as energy efficiency and low-maintenance.

We also pride ourselves on meticulous internal office procedures as well as external communications tools with our customers including detailed timelines, budgets, progress reports, closing manuals, warranty & service procedures booklets and more. In fact, we offer a Customer Portal for 24-hour access to a customer's contract documents, project photos and more. That way if you're on a plane, in another state or just down the street, you have immediate and easy access to your home's status.

Such a high-level commitment to human and capital resources mean two things. One, IKE Construction builds quality, custom homes with higher than average building standards. Two, our company is able to finish homes in an efficient manner. In fact, our average build time is six months! This is also due in part to our consistent and highly skilled set of trade partners, many of whom have been working with our company since its founding.
