Brandon Eich - President

Brandon Eich is a fourth-generation builder. He learned craftsmanship and trade disciplines from his family's construction business. But even more important he learned the importance of taking pride in one’s work, respecting your partners in the field and always putting the customer first. These "life lessons" are ones that he exemplifies daily and ones that he demands from his Company today.

"There are many ways to build a home, but we believe creating a positive building experience is what sets us apart, "says Eich. "We establish relationships with our homeowners and build homes as if we were going to move in."

With more than 20 years of residential, commercial and industrial experience, Brandon brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. In his leadership role, Brandon takes on all estimating and construction management of the projects.

"There's no one between our homeowners and me," says Eich. "We don't pass the baton to someone else once a contract is signed. I'm on the job every day, ensuring every IKE home is built upon consistent and high-quality construction standards, that our job sites are safe and clean and that we are always striving for creativity for our clients."

Setting the Company apart further, Brandon earned IKE Construction, Inc. its Unlimited General License in 2003. This license classification allows IKE Construction to perform commercial, industrial, institutional, modular, and all other types of building construction, including residential structures in the state of South Carolina. It required extensive knowledge and experience and is another distinguishing mark for IKE Construction
